Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
- Certain items such as personal care, cosmetics, or intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Bank, or Card).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

- Discounted/sale items
- Hygiene-sensitive products (cosmetics, skincare, personal care)
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
